# Untitled

IT服务管理（ITSM）是一套帮助企业对IT系统的规划、研发、实施和[运营](https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E8%BF%90%E8%90%A5/5144034)进行[有效管理](https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E6%9C%89%E6%95%88%E7%AE%A1%E7%90%86/1387379)的方法，是一套方法论。ITSM起源于ITIL（IT Infrastructure Library，IT基础架构标准库），ITIL是CCTA（[英国](https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E8%8B%B1%E5%9B%BD/144602)国家电脑局）于1980年开发的一套IT服务[管理标准](https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E7%AE%A1%E7%90%86%E6%A0%87%E5%87%86/3568880)库。它把英国在IT管理方面的方法归纳起来，变成规范，为企业的IT[部门](https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E9%83%A8%E9%97%A8/1053898)提供一套从[计划](https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E8%AE%A1%E5%88%92/2696339)、研发、实施到运维的标准方法。

IT运维管理，也就是 ITOM。简单说就是 IT 部门面对不断增长的异构IT 基础设施和应用，需要借助更好的自动化工具、监控工具及日志工具等来提升效率，保障质量。

IT资产管理(ITAM)包括用于监督、管理和优化公司拥有的IT系统、硬件、流程和数据的实践和策略。作为ITAM战略的一部分，IT部门负责实施、跟踪和维护IT资产，并评估这些IT资产是否需要优化，是否可以用更便宜的选项替换，或者升级到更新的技术。
